About The Project

Two-tower, seven-story residential development at the gateway to Miami's Northside Metrorail station. GOPELIA is delivering the full metals package: from elevator hoist beams driven in early to the aluminum balcony, stair, and perimeter railings that wrap both towers. Full design-assist coverage including shop drawings, fabrication, and installation, all coordinated through Strategic Group Builders.
