If The Review Expands Into Detailed Design Development, Extensive Coordination, Mockups, Multiple Engineering Iterations Or Pre-Award Shop Drawing Work, It Can Move Into A Paid Preconstruction / Design-Assist Agreement.
Commercial Structure: The Agreed Preconstruction Fee May Be Credited Toward The Fabrication Contract If GOPELIA Receives The Award Under The Agreed Written Terms.
