GOPELIA provided full design-assist, fabrication, and installation services for the Upsun Hotel & Social Club - a boutique hospitality property by Urbanica in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood. Our scope spanned the building's custom aluminum facade louvers, balcony and glass railing systems, a structural bar trellis, pool deck steel structure, and the building's illuminated exterior signage. The vertical louver system defines the hotel's street presence, providing shade and privacy while creating a striking architectural rhythm across the facade.
