About The Project

GOPELIA provided design-assist and full fabrication and installation services for the Esme Hotel — a landmark boutique property on Miami Beach's historic Española Way. Our scope included decorative aluminum louvers, a rooftop pergola structure, custom railings, and IPE wood baseboard installation throughout the property. Working closely with Infinity Collective as the general contractor, we delivered metalwork that complements the hotel's Spanish-Mediterranean architecture while meeting the durability demands of South Florida's coastal environment.
